Tasting Notes: This Chardonnay exhibits fresh and lifted fruit aromatics with notes of stone fruit, apple, pear, and just a hint of vanilla. The palate is medium in weight, supported by a bright acid backbone that enhances balance and length.
Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel to maintain varietal purity. No malolactic fermentation was carried out, preserving the wine’s natural acidity, freshness, and structural integrity.
